Returns & Exchanges

All Gold plated Jewelry sales are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

6-Month Warranty on 1GM Gold Jewelry

Our 1GM jewelry comes with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

If an eligible issue with the gold polish/plating occurs during the warranty period, the item may qualify for 50% store credit, subject to inspection and approval.

No cash or original-payment refunds are provided under the warranty.

Warranty Does Not Cover

* Normal wear and tear
* Scratches, dents, breakage, or physical damage
* Damage caused by water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals, sweat, or improper storage
* Misuse or accidental damage
* Lost or stolen jewelry
* Damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by another party

Sale & Clearance Items

All discounted, promotional, clearance, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless specifically stated otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, photos, and/or video of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution if the claim is approved.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any shipping costs associated with sending an item back to us for warranty inspection are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged due to our error.

To help maintain the appearance and life of your 1GM jewelry, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, chemicals, and excessive sweat. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
